Webmaster's Comments:

As the saying goes, "Some things are sacred."

I  FEEL THE ASTON COMMUNITY LIBRARY SHOULD BE WAY UP ON THE LIST!

With the economy in poor shape, and we have to be more concerned with our families, paying the mortgage, feeding our families. etc. it is hard to come up with any extra money. There is so many places to spend our money and so little left to spend on the pleasures in our lives. But each of us can help others in so many ways. The library needs basic supplies to run the place. On their website is a list of the items they were looking for in the way of help. How long have you had that brand new stapler, staples, pens, markers, pencils, etc, siting in the desk drawer not being used?

NOW WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO BAG THEM UP, AND GO VISIT THE COMMUNITY LIBRARY TO CONTRIBUTE THEM. EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS! AND.....It would be a wonderful opportunity to check out the library and meet the great staff who are most willing to help you find what your looking for.

Library has new hours

Hi everyone. We'll have some changed library hours in the new year. The new hours for the library after January 1 will be: Monday - Thursday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday closed. Unfortunately, we've had to cut back some due to the budget cuts, so we're closing earlier and Sunday hours are gone for now.
